"I first wanted to be an architect at 7 years old, when a friend’s dad built his own house. This inspired me to study architecture at Newcastle University, after which I travelled and found my way to Peru, where I worked as a rainforest wildlife-guide.
"My time in Peru culminated in the design, construction and promotion of a specialist wildlife lodge, the Amazon Rainforest Conservation Centre. I'm proud to say that ARCC still protects 50,000 acres of remote and pristine Amazon rainforest to this day.
"Back in the UK, after working in Reading and West Berkshire council planning departments and graduating as a Chartered Surveyor, I returned to my passion for designing buildings and soon founded Philip Wadge Architecture.
"Over the years our practice has grown in size and reputation; based on hard work, the company vision, and a dedication to the success of every client project. Our point of difference is our unique design process that combines 3D technology, technical expertise and visionary creativity. This complete package allows us to create striking and sustainable designs that are truly tailored to our client’s individual aspirations."
Philip Wadge is a highly experienced architectural designer and construction professional with Charter RICS status and degrees in both architecture and surveying. His background brings a perfect blend of technical expertise and creative design flare to all projects, mixed with an inherent understanding of clients’ dreams and requirements.
"I am extremely proud of our team, everyone brings their own diverse skills and backgrounds together to create a unique and effective team. I am excited for our practice as we continue to grow and develop, rising to take on the challenges of the future."
